I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
1. About Me & the Site
• Echo Wing Artworks is a sole proprietorship run by Echo Wing (“I,” “me,” “my”).
• The Site showcases my original artwork, offers prints/merch for sale, accepts commissions, and shares updates via blog/newsletter.
• All content (images, text, designs) is my intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
2. Use of the Site
You may:
• Browse and view artwork.
• Purchase prints, originals, or digital downloads.
• Submit commission inquiries.
• Subscribe to my email list.
You may NOT:
• Copy, reproduce, download, distribute, or sell my artwork without written permission.
• Use any robot, scraper, or automated tool to access the Site.
• Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the Site.
• Use the Site for illegal, harmful, or commercial purposes (other than purchasing from me).
3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

• Purchasing a print or original grants you personal, non-commercial use only. You do not own the copyright.
• Digital downloads (if offered) are for personal use only — no resale, printing for sale, or public display.
• Commercial licensing (e.g., for book covers, merch) requires a separate written agreement and fee.
• Attribution: If you share my work online, you must credit me with a link to echowing.com.
4. Purchases & Payments
• Prices are in USD and include sales tax where applicable.
• Digital products: Delivered instantly via email. No refunds.
